Welcome to ResiLux Home Cleaning LLC (“ResiLux,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, submitting a form, or booking a service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

ResiLux Home Cleaning LLC offers professional residential cleaning services, including:

  • Standard recurring or one-time cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out cleaning
  • Airbnb / turnover cleaning

Services are performed by vetted, independent cleaning contractors who are insured and assigned by ResiLux.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with ResiLux, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information
  • Ensure cleaners have safe entry into the property at the scheduled time
  • Secure pets, valuables, and hazardous items
  • Notify us of any special instructions or concerns before the appointment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or outside the scope of the requested cleaning type.

3. Payments & Scheduling

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment processors.
  • Bookings may require a deposit or valid payment method on file to confirm service.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or “no access” situations may result in suspension of services.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to ResiLux Home Cleaning LLC on any booking, quote, or inquiry form, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your cleaning services. These messages may include service updates, booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling information, and support.

SMS Consent Disclosure:

“I agree to receive SMS text messages from ResiLux Home Cleaning LLC regarding service updates, booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

This consent is used for service-related communication only and is not used for marketing unless separately and explicitly authorized by you. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review and address the concern.

6. Liability Limitations

ResiLux Home Cleaning LLC is insured; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Items not disclosed as fragile or high value
  • Loose, unsecured, or defective fixtures, furniture, or surfaces
  • Damage arising from unsafe conditions beyond our control

Cleaners do not move heavy furniture, climb ladders, or handle biohazards or extreme conditions outside the normal scope of residential cleaning.

7. Independent Contractor Status

All cleaners performing services for ResiLux are independent contractors, not employees. ResiLux coordinates scheduling and quality standards but does not control every aspect of how contractors perform their work.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
