Arrival & Access
We work within a dependable 1-hour arrival window. If access cannot be gained after our specialists arrive on-site, a 50% lockout fee is applied. We strongly recommend lockboxes or digital keypad codes for seamless, hands-free entry.
Cancellations
We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation window to respect the schedules of our cleaning specialists. Scheduling modifications or structural cancellations made within 24 hours of your service window are subject to a late fee.
Secure Booking Process
We offer complete peace of mind with our Zero-Deposit booking policy. Your payment method is simply held securely to reserve your date on our schedule, and final processing happens automatically only after your custom cleaning checklist is completed and verified.
The ResiLux Guarantee
We connect our work strictly to transparent, itemized checklists. Every project concludes with a brief Completion Tour to verify our work against your pre-booked scope. If any detail within your scope needs a quick touch-up, our team will happily correct it on the spot before final payment is automatically captured.
Recurring Savings Structure
Unlock architectural maintenance discounts on all properties following an initial deep restoration clean. Save 20% on Weekly resets, 15% on Bi-Weekly resets, or 10% on Monthly operational schedules.
Sunday Operations
We are structurally closed on Sundays to restore our dedicated cleaning specialists. High-priority Sunday requests for critical Airbnb hospitality turnovers are evaluated individually at custom holiday rates.
Post-Con Detailing
Yes! ResiLux specializes in residential post-remodel and new home build detailing. We handle fine drywall dust extraction, sticker removal, cabinet cleaning, and all the final details required to make your brand new space beautifully clean and ready to live in.
Compliance & Insurance
ResiLux Home Cleaning is a locally registered business and carries comprehensive liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be generated and sent directly to you upon request prior to our team starting on your property.
Square-Foot Bidding
Because post-construction cleanups require specialized fine-dust extraction and deep detail care, these projects bypass our standard routine maintenance booking tools. Remodels and new builds are priced cleanly based on square footage and project scope.
