Cancellations & Pauses

Residential & Post-Con: We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation window. Scheduling modifications or structure cancellations made within 24 hours of your window are subject to a late fee.

Commercial Office Suites: Single service day skips or structural reschedules require a strict 48-hour notice to avoid a 50% service day baseline invoice fee. Permanent maintenance contract cancellations or operational pauses require a 30-day written notice to modify scheduling loops.

Secure Booking Process

We offer complete peace of mind with our Zero-Deposit booking policy. Your payment method is simply held securely to reserve your date on our schedule, and final processing happens automatically only after your custom cleaning checklist is completed and verified.

The ResiLux Guarantee

We back our work with a dependable 24-hour redo standard. Your payment is automatically captured upon layout completion. If any spot within your pre-booked checklist scope is ever less than perfect, simply notify us within 24 hours and our team will return to fix it right away.

Recurring Savings Structure

Unlock architectural maintenance discounts on all properties following an initial deep restoration clean. Save 20% on Weekly resets, 15% on Bi-Weekly resets, or 10% on Monthly operational schedules.

Sunday Operations

We are structurally closed on Sundays to restore our dedicated cleaning specialists. High-priority Sunday requests for critical Airbnb hospitality turnovers are evaluated individually at custom holiday rates.

Post-Con Detailing

Meticulous cleanup for home remodels, renovations, and new residential builds. We handle the final detail work after the contractors wrap up—cleaning out leftover debris, wiping down dusty cabinets, sweeping out window tracks, and getting rid of stubborn construction dust so your newly updated space is completely clean and move-in ready. Fully insured team you can trust.

Compliance & Insurance

ResiLux Home Cleaning is a locally registered business and carries comprehensive liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be generated and sent directly to you upon request prior to our team starting on your property.

Square-Foot Bidding

Because post-construction cleanups require specialized fine-dust extraction and deep detail care, these projects bypass our standard routine maintenance booking tools. Remodels and new builds are priced cleanly based on square footage and project scope.
