What areas do you service?

Greater Orlando: Lake Nona, Baldwin Park, Winter Park, Maitland, College Park, Dr. Phillips, Kissimmee, and nearby communities.

What services do you offer?

  • Standard Cleaning — routine home upkeep
  • Deep Cleaning — detailed top-to-bottom refresh
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning — property transitions
  • Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaning — turnover service

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You are not required to be home; however, ResiLux requires a final walkthrough and sign-off at the end of every appointment.

  • The cleaner conducts a brief walkthrough with the client (or authorized representative) to confirm all agreed tasks are complete.
  • The client then signs the Service Completion Form acknowledging satisfactory completion.
  • If anything isn’t perfect during the walkthrough, please inform the cleaner immediately so it can be re-cleaned on the spot. Once the form is signed, the appointment is considered complete and approved.
  • If no one is available, our team completes the walkthrough independently and submits before-and-after photos as confirmation.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — professional-grade products and tools are provided. If you prefer certain products (e.g., scent-free), please notify us in advance.

Are your cleaners insured and background checked?

Yes. All cleaners are insured, background checked, and trained for in-home professionalism.

Photo Documentation & Review Policy

ResiLux documents each service with before-and-after photos for quality assurance and protection of both clients and staff.

  • Photos are mandatory for all services.
  • Images are limited to cleaned areas only — never people, personal items, or identifying information.
  • Primary use is internal documentation, training, and quality control.
  • Photos may be shared on verified review/booking platforms (e.g., Google, Yelp, BookingKoala) only to show cleaning results and only when no identifying information is visible.
  • Photos are not used for marketing/website/social media without written client consent.
  • Images are stored securely and accessed only by authorized management.

Booking & Payments

How do I book?

Book anytime via our ResiLux Booking Page. Choose service type, home size, and preferred date/time.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a deposit or partial payment is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your total balance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through our booking system.

Will I receive confirmation and a receipt?

Yes — you’ll receive a booking confirmation and a payment receipt electronically.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

What is your policy?

  • Cancellations 24+ hours before: no fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of total service charged.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of total service charged.
  • Reschedules less than 6 hours before appointment: $25 rescheduling fee.

These terms ensure fairness for clients and proper compensation for reserved cleaner time.

Service Details

What if I’m not satisfied?

24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: During the final walkthrough, clients are encouraged to carefully review the work with their assigned cleaner. If any area does not meet expectations, it will be addressed immediately before signing the Service Completion Form.

If something is noticed after the cleaner has left, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion to request a follow-up re-clean of the specific area in question. Requests made after this 24-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Yes — interior oven, refrigerator, and cabinet cleaning are available as add-ons during booking.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes — we’re pet-friendly. Please secure any aggressive or anxious pets prior to service.

Can I request the same cleaner each visit?

We make every effort to assign the same cleaner for recurring clients to ensure consistency.

Billing & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only for billing errors or if ResiLux cancels an appointment and the client opts not to reschedule. Refunds process within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Do you charge sales tax?

Residential cleaning services in Florida are not subject to sales tax. Tax may apply to commercial cleaning or product sales.

Can I tip my cleaner?

Tips are appreciated but never required. You can add a tip at checkout or provide it directly.

Access, Walkthroughs & Lockouts

How does the walkthrough work?

At the end of each cleaning, the cleaner and client conduct a brief walkthrough of the serviced areas to confirm all agreed-upon tasks are complete.

The client then signs the Service Completion Form acknowledging satisfactory completion. If any area does not meet your expectations during the walkthrough, please inform the cleaner immediately so it can be re-cleaned on the spot. Once the form is signed, the appointment is considered complete and approved.

If no one is available for the walkthrough, our team completes it independently and submits before-and-after photos as documentation.

What if my cleaner can’t access the property?

If access cannot be provided within 15 minutes of arrival (locked entry, incorrect code, no response), the appointment is considered a lockout and billed at 100% of the total service.
