Focus: Meticulous, top-to-bottom fine dust removal designed to leave the property clean and ready for client handover.

• Detailed vacuuming across baseboards, window trim, lighting fixtures, and hard surfaces where dust settles.
• Full vacuuming and damp wiping inside all drawers, shelves, and corner tracks to catch stubborn sawdust.
• Cleaning out drywall dust, plaster spots, and construction haze from sliding tracks and glass surfaces.
• Multi stage damp mopping to break up and pull fine gray dust completely off hard surface flooring.
• Removing protective plastic wraps, films, packing tape, and shipping labels from new appliances and fixtures.

Focus: Quick response touch ups done right before the final handover to eliminate any last traces of dust or trade tracking.

• Wiping away rogue paint drops, contractor fingerprints, and settled room dust from finished counters and fixtures.
• Final polish of main mirrors, entryways, and kitchen areas to make sure everything looks pristine when keys are turned over.
