Core Policies
Lockout & Access
We allow a 15-minute grace period. If entry isn’t gained, a 50% Lockout Fee applies to compensate for the lost slot.
Cancellations & Deposits
A $50 security deposit is required to book. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to retain your deposit.
Sundays & Emergencies
Closed Sundays. Emergency turnovers or Sunday VIP requests are subject to premium rates and special arrangement.
Service Logistics
The 24-Hour Guarantee
Report any missed details with a photo within 24 hours for a complimentary resolution.
Standalone Space Pricing
Booking an office or basement? Use SQFT pricing. Our $250 minimum applies to all site visits.
